The Fair

Yersterday we took the kids to the fair. We had a good time. We let Bryce ride the rides and walked through the barns. Bryce had a 5 senses scav hunt he had to go on for school. He enjoyed doing that.. It wasn't as busy as we thought it was going to be thank goodness. Bryce was tall enough this year to ride some of the bigger rides. So we let him ride the Boat, and the Typhoon that was it out of all the bigger rides. He loved them he kept wanting to ride them over and over. We left the fair at around 8:30 and came home and had a pizza because I absoultely refuse to $3 for a french fry..Way to expensive plus it's so unhealthy all that grease... Yes Angela I know you love the fair food...LOL!!

Ok here is the little pond that I posted about earlier. She still has a little work to do in it still. She needs to finish putting the rest of the rocks down and she wants to get underwater lights.

Faith Autumn!

Lastnight was a rough night for all of us. Faith was very Grumpy all day yesterday she didn't want to eat and she didn't really even want to be held (which is totally abnormal for her) and then lastnight around 11 or so she just woke up screaming and crying so I calmed her down and she went back to sleep and woke me up again around 1:30 am and she was crying again so I went to comfort her and here she had spiked a fever of 104.7 Oh yay!! NOT!! So we started out normal routine of tylenol and ibprophen around the clock like we usually do when this happens. She finally went to sleep around 5or 5:30 and then when she woke up around 7:30 her fever was gone and she hasn't had one since then. Thank GOD.. So keep her in your prayers throughout the day today!!

Brady Update!!

Here is a quick update on Braydon. He is doing much better he is defenitly making improvements his head control is much better. Now we need to work on his trunk control. He is doing so good and getting big way to fast. It's hard to believe he will be 1 in 2 months already. How time flies!! His therapist Dr. Eric Graham said that he has met 2 out of the 4 goals that he has set for him. So that was good news for us. We all love Eric!! We have known him for the past 5-6 years he started out working with Faith (and still does) but now he also works with Brady. Thanks for all you do and all your help with our kiddo's Eric. You are the BEST!! Hey Kristy this is one of those police officers except he's a therapist...LOL !!! What ya think????

Crazy Neighbour Lady!!!

Yesterday the neighbour lady Michelle decided to clean out her little pond for the 2nd or 3rd time. She is always doing something CRAZY!! She always has about a hundred projects going at once. She totally cracks me up. So yesterday while they were all out there cleaning it up I told her I was going to take pics of my crazy neighbour lady and blog them so here they are. They started by having to scoop all the water out of the pond and try to get all of her fish and frogs out at the same time. As you can see my little man Bryce was over there working away. Digging dirt, scooping rocks and asking Michelle a thousand questions...lol .. Oh yeah and he calls Michelle "Miss Shell" so the would make Christopher her son her little " Sea Shell" LOL!! You should have seen them 2 in the water. I have never heard a boy scream like such a little girl when a frog swam over his foot... LOL!! Love ya Chris !! And of course Michelle about flipped out too. I know that I would have flipped out and yelled. And as you can see from the pics Christopher is not a boy who likes to play in the mud... LOL!!! They worked all afternoon until it got dark out and they still hadn't finished it. I think all they had left to do was clean the rocks and put them back in the pond. It looks so pretty. I didn't get a finished product picture because my batt in my camera went dead. 8-( I will try to get one and post it later today. Anyways it so nice to have such GREAT neighbours even though you are crazy Misss Shell!! lol!!

LABOR DAY FUN!!!

Today we had a wonderful Labor Day just getting to spend time with just the 5 of us. We took the kids to the barn to feed the ducks. There are some HUGE catfish in that pond and Bryce loves to go over and throw bread in to see if he can make them come out and eat. And of course we did see them. I tried to get a pic of it but the water was to dirty. Then after we ran out of bread we went over and swang on the swings for awhile. The weather was hot but we had a nice breeze again so that helped. Then we decided that we were going to eat at dari land and then go for a walk in the woods. Faith loved the walk I think she was enjoying the breeze. And of course Brady loves to be outside so he def enjoyed it. Then after all of that we came home and cleaned out the van and then sprayed it off (along with spraying Bryce) LOL!! Then we came in and made some cheeseburgers. YUMMY!!! We hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day!!

We stopped at Dari Land in smithville for lunch today. It was so good. As you can see Bryce was enjoying his hot dog!! Then afterwards we went to Johnson's woods.

Here are some pics of our little adventure through the woods. And of course Bryce was in heaven because we were going to go walking through the woods. The pics of the berries and the up rooted tree are pictures that Bryce thought would be pretty ones to take. lol! Ok so we were walking along and I just so happened to turn my head and what do you think caught my eye? A SNAKE!!! yes we took picture of it.. Bryce was flipping out. LOL!! we told him that we might get to see a snake and he kept saying mom there are no snakes in these woods so when he actually seen that there was one he was highly fascinated... Mike got a stick and when he did the snake slithered away and do you think that Mike could let it go? No he walked out into the wooded area were the snake was at so he cold snap some pictures of it... LOL!! Crazy!!

The life flight landed at the hospital the other day and of course Bryce had to stop and check it out. Mike walked him up and asked the pilot if Bryce could check out the helicopter and of course he said yes... that made Bryce happy!!! He loves helicopters and airplanes..
